The Budget Committee is appointed bi-annually by the Lowell Rural Fire Protection District Board. The role of the committee is to meet annually to approve the Lowell Rural Fire Protection District’s Budget for the following fiscal year. Applicants for this position must be available to attend one or more meetings in the months of April and May.
